CALL FOR ENTRIES
Membership is not a pre-requisite for submission
of artworks or acceptance in to any Art Saint Louis juried exhibition. The majority of exhibits are juried
from actual artwork, although several shows are juried by .jpegs on CD.
Due to the high costs of printing, paper & mailing, Art Saint Louis has gone paperless. This means that all entry forms are now only available by download from this page or by e-mail (by request). So bookmark this page and check back often.
Art Saint Louis maintains a mailing list database and we will gladly add your name to that so that you can receive entry forms & show notifications by e-mail. To be included in our mailing list database, simply e-mail us with your full name, e-mail address and mailing
address, including city, state & zip.
The Call
for Entry for the next ASL exhibition opportunity can be downloaded here (PDF files—Adobe Reader required):

NOTE: The deadline for entries for this exhibit was August 27, 2010. We are no longer accepting submissions for this show. The entry form will remain posted for those artists who entered the show until further notice.
The next juried exhibit opportunity will be for our "Beholder" exhibition. The form will be posted in early Fall 2010.
VOLUNTEERING:
All exhibiting artists are required to volunteer a minimum of 4 hours (per artwork selected) of time and/or work to the production of all Art Saint Louis exhibits OR artists may buy-out their volunteer time at $5/hour. As a non-profit organization, Art Saint Louis relies on volunteer assistance to help operate the gallery & present our exhibitions. All cash or in-kind goods or services and contributions are tax-deductible to the extent of the law.
If you are unable to download entry forms or do not have access to a printer, we will gladly print out and mail you a paper copy. For paper entry forms, either send a SASE and we'll mail you back a copy, or contact Robin Hirsch at 314/241-4810 (2#).
