Grape Arts is Art Saint Louis’ Signature Fund Raiser, presented annually for 18 years in early spring. It’s an exciting afternoon of wine tastings with silent and live auctions of fine art and donations from the community, accompanied by music and appetizers. The event raises funds for Art Saint Louis, its community programs and exhibits.


18TH ANNUAL GRAPE ARTS FUND RAISER

As the Winter draws to a close and Spring approaches, that means that it is time for Art Saint Louis' Grape Arts XVIII event! Please save the date and join us on Sunday, March 21, 2010, for our 18th annual Signature Fund Raiser to be held at Windows Off Washington in downtown St. Louis, Missouri.

Held from 2-6 p.m., Grape Arts XVIII will be an exciting and energetic afternoon of fine art & fine wine. Guests will be entertained throughout the afternoon with live music by Silk Pajamas Jazz Duo. During the event, there will be four silent auctions and one mini-live auction where guests were able to bid on hundreds of original artworks, unique items and gift certificates for area restaurants & businesses.

WINE TASTINGS

In addition to the silent auctions, there will be two unique types of wine tastings presented throughout the afternoon: from 2-4 p.m. fifteen wineries & wine merchants will pour wines for guests during our Informal Tastings; then, from 4-5:30 p.m., guests were directed to the main event ballroom where they are seated at tables of nine for Formal Tastings, during which guests are then treated to international, national and regional wines poured & presented by local, national and international wine aficianados, vintners, wine merchants, restaurateurs, and collectors.
